　　I think we should plan our free time. Here are the reasons why.

　　Firstly， time is limited. Everyone gets the same amount of time each day， so it’s therefore important to make the most of your free time. Time management leads to higher productivity and a life of greater discipline. Time management will improve every aspect of your life.

　　Secondly， if we plan specific things that we actually want to do， rather than procrastinating， surfing the web or watching TV， we can spend our time on more fulfilling activities， such as sharing experiences with friends. So， why is free time management important？ Well， because it makes you happier， more successful and less stressed.

　　我想我们应该计划一下我们的空闲时间。以下是原因。首先，时间是有限的。每个人每天的时间都是一样的。因此，充分利用你的空闲时间是很重要的。时间管理能给你带来一个有效率和有纪律的生活。时间管理的任何一个好处都会改善你生活中的一个方面，它会在一个固定的循环中持续下去。其次，通过计划我们真正想做但是被通过上网或看电视给耽误的事儿，我们可以把时间花在更充实的活动或与朋友分享经验上。那么为什么空闲时间管理很重要呢？因为，它会让你更快乐、更成功，过一个充实的，零压力生活。
