Well, usually I get up early at around 7 oclock in the morning because it gives me a kick start for the day ahead. And it allows me more hours for my work, boosting my productivity. But sometimes, I would choose to sleep late if I hang out with my friends last night.

2) What do you do in the morning?

There are many things that I do in the morning. On top of that, I would drink a cup of water to keep all my digestive process running smoothly. After that, I tend to do some easy exercise to relax my body. Then I eat breakfast and drink a cup of coffee to gain energy.

3) Do you think breakfast is important?

Yes, I think breakfast is the most important meal of the day. For one, it boosts my energy and helps me concentrate in the short term. On the other hand, it helps me control my weight because I would not have appetite for other snacks after having breakfast.

4) Which morning of the week do you like best?

Of course the Saturday morning is the best because it is the day I get most rest. On weekdays, I tend to rush in the morning and sometimes even skip the breakfast because I might be late for work. But on Saturday mornings, I could get up whenever I want and enjoy a hearty breakfast.
